CWP makes brush rolls for many vacuum cleaner manufacturers. When you purchase a brush roll manufactured by CWP, you are purchasing a brush roll designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the original brush roll specifications.
CWP is a leading manufacturer of wood based brush rolls, and has been for well over 70 years. CWP selects the finest wood species to ensure reliability and durability. Metal brush rolls may have a tendency to rust, or get 'nicks' in the metal which may cause snags in the carpet. This is not experienced with wood brush rolls.
Due to manufacturing requirements the color of the brush roll or the brush's bristle color may differ from the original brush roll. If the correct brush roll part number has been selected, you can be assured that the brush roll you purchased will fit and work in your respective vacuum cleaner.
For ease of purchase, you should have the vacuum cleaner's Brand name, Model name, and Model number. This information may be found in the Owner's Manual or on the product data sticker found on the side or bottom of the vacuum cleaner.
The brush roll is important to the cleaning effectiveness and efficiency of the vacuum cleaner. The brush roll 'sweeps' dirt, dust and debris from the carpet / floor into the 'windstream' created by the vacuum cleaner's motor. A CWP brush roll assists with this important cleaning function of the vacuum cleaner.

It is recommended that the CLEANOVATION™ bag should be changed every 60 days or when the bag is 1/2 full, whichever comes first.
The CLEANOVATION™ brand of bags offers two (2) types depending upon your preference: Allergen filtration and Micro-lined filtration. For the highest level of filtration, the Micro-lined CLEANOVATION™ bag is recommended.
The bag type for your vacuum can be found in the Owner's Manual, or on the product data sticker found on the side or bottom of the vacuum cleaner. Use this bag type to select the CLEANOVATION™ style of bag.
Vacuum cleaner bags may emit an odor if the weather is hot and humid. An odor could also be present if pet hair has been vacuumed. Dispose of this bag and replace with a new CLEANOVATION™ bag.
The CLEANOVATION™ bag may not have been properly installed in the vacuum cleaner on the 'dirt tube'. Press the bag on the tube to see if this eliminates the leakage. If not, remove this bag and place a new bag on the dirt tube.

The bag may have 'exploded' due to vacuuming up very fine dirt / dust such as drywall sandings, talcum/baby powder, or the bag exceeded it's holding capacity. Replace the bag with the recommended CLEANOVATION™ style bag.
It is not recommended that you use the disposable bag more than one (1) time. The inner liner of the CLEANOVATION™ brand of bags acts as an additional layer of filtration. Re-using a bag continues to 'clog' the pores of the bag which reduces the filtration capabilities, and may result in poor cleaning performance.
